Furniture Fetish

I have placed an online order for collection, left several phone, email, social media and review messages but have still not received a reply back. Could someone PLEASE contact me to either collect or cancel. It's quite frustrating!!

Horrible quality, had two chairs break within 6 months of buying them after having owned them for only 12-18 months. The first chair they refunded but refuse to refund the 2nd as it's out of warranty. A chair should last longer than 18 months.
The standard reply is "let me pass this onto my superiors/supplier/higher ups, and we'll get back to you'.
Avoid them, stuff looks nice but isn't built to last. 2 stars only because it looks nice, other than that no where near what you pay for it. Way better options out there with better quality and customer service.

Frustrating experience buying my chairs when it took 3 trips to Southport to finally assemble them. A lack of screws and bolts ( none at all ) meant a return trip and then another trip back after receiving them to find the pack short on the number required.
Cameron at the store was at all times pleasant and apologetic but this was a frustrating and time wasting experience.

Really great experience. The chairs we ordered that were out of stock arrived into the store days earlier than expected and they were able to deliver the same day. Also had purchased a coffee table that turned out to have a fault which they replaced straight away with no issues. Really good prices and nice quality.
