Placed an order over 3 months ago and still waiting. The date for delivery keeps getting pushed out further and further. I don't believe I will actually see my order anytime soon. I feel like I have wasted months on this company, whereas I could have purchased the same product elsewhere. I had no idea that it would be such a long wait until AFTER I paid in full for my product. Clearly they have no surplus of stock and wait for customers to pay before they order the product. I would never recommend this company.

Beautiful shop with high end products. Staff very helpful. Ordered an armchair which arrived very quickly and I just love it. Ordered a cushion by phone and the lady sent a picture of it on the display armchair so I could check. It didn’t go so that saved paying for something that I didn’t need. Will definitely pop in next time we’re in the area.

Purchased an item online 5 MONTHS ago and it still hasn't arrived. The store has never contacted us to let us what is happening which just leaves us wondering and frustrated. We have called them repeatedly and always given a different excuse as to why our purchase has not arrived. They have even hung up on us and made it difficult to cancel the order. We understand there can be delays but why do they not call and inform us? Poor customer service! Don't care!

A one star rating is being too generous. Pretentious staff who look down on customers. We went in there with the money to spend on quality items and walked out because we were disgusted at how we were treated. My wife then saw similar products elsewhere that were about 80% cheaper. So maybe the one star can go towards saving us money.

Terrible customer service. Do not order items from this supplier. Beautiful homewares but unable to deliver in agreed timeframes. They promise things they can't actually deliver. I have ordered 2 large orders from Hamptons Style and on each occasion they have failed to deliver within the needed time frame. I didn't place the last order until it was specifically confirmed to me that the items would definitely be delivered by the date I needed them to style my home for sale. Not only did they fail to deliver but at no time did they contact me to advise me that they could not deliver on time. When
