Poor experience as a potential new customer trying to get a service for my AC unit.
Left a message for a service technician to call back. When she didn't I called again to be told that they were booked up for 2 weeks to conduct a service. They weren't interested in the business at all. Shame because I wanted to have a new air conditioning unit installed too.
The issue was not the waiting time. The issue was poor customer service and a terrible attitude of the person taking the call who didn't even offer an appointment when available. She wasn't interested at all.

Great service from this group. They installed our new system 12 months ago and all of the people installing were brilliant. They went above and beyond working from about 8 in the morning until gone 6pm. They continue to service the system and I couldn't be happier with all of the people with whom I've had contact.

Very aggressive and reckless staff using company cars on the road.
I have observed multiple times their staff tailgating and speeding through traffic, coming close to hitting other road users.
Highly unprofessional and reckless.
Would avoid using in any way shape or form in the future and would look for a more professional company.
