Garry and his men were super friendly, efficient, cleaned up along the way and took all packing materials away with them.

If I could give these guys a negative star rating I would. First thing that comes to mind. Rude and unfriendly. If you want to be barked at when phoning them - then go ahead. After coming round to look at my air con unit I was told I would get a quote to repair. It never arrived. So, I then sent a txt message requesting the quote. I didn't receive a reply. Then called a day later only to barked at on the phone again when I politely asked when I would be receiving a quote. I was TOLD in a very unfriendly manner it would be sent to me by 2pm via email. Gary was awesome doing the maintenance of my AC in my flat. My neighbour recommended me to go with his company and I am glad I did!! Great service and cost was upfront and transparent - not like most of the other companies in the area where they don't give you any costs over the phone but tell you that they will send someone to give you a quote -… fee that will be deduced to your invoice only if you are going with them - such a trap! By far the worst service of any tradie I've come across. We asked for service about a/c heating back in August 2018. Still no heating to this date - Jan 2019. Won't take our phone calls, won't give us a straight answer about getting it fixed. Would definitely NOT recommend this service !

Honestly, I couldn't believe my luck when I called these guys on a 38 degree day 5 days before Christmas and they arrived within an hour to look at my air con. Wonderful customer service and communication which included sending an SMS 15 mins before they were due to arrive. Efficient, friendly and well priced. I wouldn't bother ringing them for a quote because they reluctantly called us back and then when they did make a time to come to our place, they didn't turn up! I rang them to see why they didn't turn up and they said they'd call back, but didn't. Extremely rude and non-existent service.

Disaster! Worst tradesman ever... i reconfirmed on the morning, but the guy DID NOT show !
Worse, he did not return my calls and not even have the decency to ring or text to say he is not coming !!! Yes, everyone is busy and stuff happens, but how hard is it to text to say you're not coming ?
