1825 interiors is a family owned Australian business run by brother and sister team, Ben and Celeste. The inspiration for our company lies with our father, Ken Moras, who was the founder of one of the most successful furniture manufacturing and retail businesses in Australia. We now have stores at Penrith, Fyshwick, Rutherford, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga, and Campbelltown, as well as a new showroom at Wetherill Park.

Store staff are helpful and courteous. However, once an order is in, and paid for, central office staff have not bothered to contact us with progress of orders or expected delivery dates. This has happened on 3 occasions. More visits to the store have failed to ascertain expected delivery dates. Store staff have followed up but unable to get answers from central office staff; or so we are told. 1825, get your act together, pls.

During this unprecedented time the team at Bathurst 1825 did everything in their power to locate and deliver my much sought after purchases. I found all the staff to be extremely polite and helpful from the initial point of contact through to the receiving my goods. The quality of the furniture is second to none and that is why I keep coming back time & time again ! Many thanks♡

Yesterday a friend and I went to your Campbelltown Store to be greeted by 2 lovely sales ladies. They were fantastic and offered us brochures on what I had seen on line before we had got there. They explained all the features and displayed how one table (extendable etc) worked, gave us measurements etc I live on the Central Coast and will return to… your shop but at Rutherford this time as it is closer to make my purchases. The ladies world remember us as my friend had a fall just before she entered your shop. Thank you again for the amazing Customer Service that we received 🙏🙏

Not at all. Received a damaged table and was told it was ‘normal’ for recycled timber. I understand recycled timber has flaws but not serious cracks and dented corner which will affect the integrity. It also had a damaged corner. Only received a partial refund as it was purchased as a package (in good faith that the items would be fit for purpose). We didn’t accept a replacement, given what we received was apparently ‘normal’.

My husband and I visited the Campbelltown store yesterday with the idea of shopping around in the area for a new lounge. We didn’t get any further than this store. A special mention to the outstanding Simran who exhibited great knowledge of the products and overall excellent customer service. We cannot wait for our furniture to arrive!
