Our second experience with Cusacks was a little disappointing. We bought several furniture pieces from Cusacks and after delivery noticed the two white side drawers for a bedroom were in a poor condition. We were aware that they were floor stock, but the condition certainly did not warrrant the price tag. We also ordered two fabric bedheads in the same colour, but were only able to get one. We were contacted by Cusacks. I asked them to source a similar bedhead in the beige. A beige was found and a photo of it was sent to me, however the photo did not show that on both side of the bedhead there

Service was slow and the desire to find our product was met with little enthusiasm. We came out with our product but not the colour we wanted. Good specials on the range but definate knowledge on the colour range would have been more accommodating.

Big range of Lazy Boy. Took a couple of months for the order to arrive but worth the wait. Was delivered the next day when it arrived in Canberra. Helpful team, would buy more furniture from there in the future.

Amazing customer service from Cheryl. She helped my mother and I get my entire living room furniture and arrange for delivery times that would work with my not flexible schedule of being home.
It’s taking a while. But Cheryl has been absolutely amazing and made any inconvenience minimal with her willingness to help and fix things

Natalie and Peter are the best truly . Natalie couldn’t be more helpful when I was choosing curtain material for our new home and very patient with allowing me to change my mind and even to the point of visiting with Peter when he was doing the quote to help with suggestions in what to do best. Peter was prompt when it came time to deliver curtains and his workmanship is faultless he took time to make sure we were happy with the job. They are both a credit to Cusacks time patience and the best customer service I haven’t seen in a long time. Thank you so much we are so happy with the curtains

They are awesome, the ordered furniture comes in damaged however they ordered and corrected everything for us. They also kept us informed about how and what was happening in regards to getting the furniture replaced, always good to be kept in the loop.

What amazing service! The staff at Cusacks in Fyshwick provide the kind of service I thought no longer existed. They have gone out of their way to assist me with a problem I had with a manufacturer even though they had no obligation to do so. We have been very impressed with this company and will definitely be returning to buy some more of their lovely furniture.
