Compare to other builders we had looked at before, Alex and his team is the only one that will spend time and put effort on what we want and give us a lot good suggestions. I am very happy with the quality of the cubby house that JAV Developments built for me and my brothers a few years ago. It is in very good condition and good quality and luxurious too.
