De Francesch Builders are a family owned and operated commercial building and consultancy company originally founded by Joseph De Francesch in 1958. We currently operate under the guidance of Company Director and Registered Builder, Robert De Francesch, who joined the company after graduating from the WA Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) in 1984.
We specialise in all forms of commercial construction including offices, industrial, retail and educational, both new and refurbishments. Our clientele are from both the private and public sectors with projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $10,000,000. We also specialise in one-off Architect designed luxury homes for selected clientele ranging in value from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
We are able to cost projects on either a tender basis or by negotiated contract whereby we can offer a fixed contract sum not subject to cost variations. We are also able to provide a Design and Construct service whereby we can utilise our vast experience to provide practical and cost-effective designs and solutions.
