Very responsive in terms of addressing quotes from HiPages. This was important as my issue came to light on Saturday evening, but by Monday midday, my pest issue was resolved. Other businesses weren't as responsive, so that would have meant that my issue would have needed to be *booked* Monday; not *resolved* Monday. So a big THANK YOU!

So unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such poor service. Phil came to my house to do a service which took 30 mins ( I was told it would take 1.2 hours ). After 2.5 months we started seeing cockroaches and silverfish. I called up and they told me it takes about 6-8 weeks to completely kill everything so don’t worry. I then called up 6 months later telling them I had seen no change in pest control since they came. Phil told me I would have to pay again for a full service ( it was only then I found out through the website that under warranty I could have had it done again for free. After multiple

We had moved into a new property in Sydney’s Inner West and had noticed rat poison stations around the home which were empty and could also hear at night some activity under the house.
Calling in who we thought were experts in this field has been one of our most disappointing and horrendous experiences after not being warned of the potential for animals to die from poison well inside the house cavities, begin rotting, maggots and fly infestations ensuing and the small simply so unbearable that we had to pull ceilings and floors out to get to the carcasses.
The technicians themselves were nice
