Absolutely great experience for Pest Control service!!! Booked time with Conrad two weeks before for a pest control to my house. On the day, they arrived 10 minutes before the booked time and got prepared for the service. His team has performed extremely thorough pest control by spraying internally and externally. His team was very down to the details and explained patiently about the process to customers.

The Pest Assured team are highly professional and thorough in their pest control application. Not one corner was missed in our common property pest control treatment. Conrad also went to the property prior and dropped off notices into each lot's mailbox and onto the foyer glass.
Areas covered - the roof cavity, external air vents, foyer stairwell including door frames and windows, all external garage door frames, absorption pits, all garden areas, spare toilet and meter room. Nothing was missed!
Would highly recommend using them.

RECOMMEND 10/10 ⭐
We had a problem with a very strong smell coming from a room. Conrad from pest assured came to investigate the problem, since we couldn't found the source.
He provided a good service and came to the conclusion we had a dead animal between the walls. Conrad also brought us some product to absorb the putrid smell which was quite helpful.
Problem has been solved now.

Conrad was amazing! He first came and did a very thorough pest control. Six months later, some cockroaches started to come in from outside and he came back for free and resprayed. That is service! He is so lovely to speak to and so pleasant, I will never use another service again!

From booking right through to the completion of the job, I had a fantastic experience with Conrad and pest assured. Unlike my previous experiences with pest control companies, Conrad started out by actually asking what my concerns were and then took his time to ensure he did the job thoroughly and carefully (including moving furniture where required and getting inside cupboards and in the nook under the stairs!)
Conrad was lovely to deal with, excellent communication throughout the whole process and a quality job at very reasonable rate. Also he is just a really lovely human who knows his bugs
