I phoned to get some help with my air con. I have been a client of Stower Electrical (Ashgrove Air) for 7 years with 2 houses. I was told I would have to wait a month for someone. Then I was told I wasnt a client. Then suddenly my phone number was found and address. Then I was told I cnt get back to you for 2 days as the technician is away. I was told to turn it off myself. I was expected to 3 metres in the air under the house and play around with electrical equipment. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Will I get a call in 2 days. Im not holding my breath. Service score zilch. Empathy
