Recently completed childcare facility located in Clyde, Victoria. Facility includes 6 childcare rooms, 1 kindergarten room and 1 afterschool care room. MCA were involved in the construction stage and completed the interior design for the client. Surf Life Saving Club re-development recently completed.
Located on the Great Ocean Road the facility looks out over the Anglesea beaches to Point Addis and Point Roadknight. The facility includes surf life saving training facilities, first aid rooms, equipment storage areas, and commercial kitchen for restaurant use. New two-storey house built on an existing tennis court.
Designed for a retired couple the house includes garage, bedroom and ensuite with an open kitchen, dining and living space on ground floor looking out to the north. The lower ground consisting of storage space, studio and bedrooms for family to stay and direct access to the north garden.
