A visionary redevelopment, celebrating the past, present and future of screen culture in the 21st century. Improving a vital piece of the City, connecting surrounding networks and providing new experiences on the river. Re-evaluating what an educational space is; as a facility for engagement between industry and university.

A re-imagined assembly of local typologies, the Fitzroy Victorian Terrace combined with the post-war Fitzroy warehouse. Providing for moments of retreat, connection to nature and landscape, entertaining, bathing, music and living. Applying the historical use of the 'tree stump' as a landscape marker, shelter and wayfinding device to a public building.

Luke speculates on the potential for architectural intervention and productivity in response to "collapse". The landscape and spaces in-between the house were conceived as of equal importance as the building itself.

2 price increases since the beginning of the year. For example: appetizer plate used to be $15.99 2021, they first changed it to $17.99($2increase) Jan 2,2021 then to $19.99 Jan7,2021. Their % and rate of increases is even crazier than Chanel. Just beware of the changes before you order. Especially since their portion is knows to be small.

Had dinner last night and spend all of today in the bathroom. It's overpriced and not as good as it once was. Ordered the regular chicken pad thai, fresh spring rolls and coconut rice. They say they give 6 pieces for the fresh spring rolls, when they just cut 3 of them in half - funny.

Picked up a Pad Thai lunch special which was very affordable and comes with a spring roll and either a Tom yum or coconut soup. Food was ready in a quick 15 minutes. The tom yum soup was packed with flavour though a bit more sour than I prefer. The Pad Thai was also a bit too sweet and the chicken was dry. I saw that their regular menu has 2 kinds of Pad Thai (Thai style and Fusion) and I think the lunch one might be the fusion one hence the ketchupy sweetness. I might try to ask for the Thai style instead next time. Service was friendly.

Food is okay. I would say 7/10.
Thai iced tea is too sweet. I already asked for less sweet but it still feels like I’m drinking sugar.
I don’t think the appetizer platter worth the price. Don’t get it. It comes with veggie spring roll, taro sticks, veggies rolls, 2 chicken skewers and 2 shrimp rolls.
Pad Thai is ok. Nothing special about the flavours. Generous portion.
Pineapple curry doesn’t come with rice so we ordered rice extra on the side. Not much meat or toppings. Mostly just curry base.

Used to go dine here over a decade ago when lived near old Markham. Moved since. Decided to get take out recently and reminisce. Not cheap. Food was not as good as I remember. Just ok. Appetizer plate has too many fried options. Pineapple Chicken fried rice. Red curry beef. Pad Thai. Shared a few pics.

I really don't understand how this restaurant has a 4.1 star rating, DON'T order here if you're looking for authentic Thai, or food that even tastes good for that matter. I ordered about $70 of takeout and couldn't finish any of it. Very disappointing as this is the only Thai place in the East Markham area.
Appetizer Platter was ok, a lot of deep fried taro.
Tom Kha Soup soup was way too sweet
Pad Thai was flavourless, I've had better from a food court
Thai Basil Spicy Noodle, this was the worst. I've never experienced Thai Basil Spicy Noodle like this, the noodles came separate and the sauce

Ordered the cashew chicken stir fry, pad thai and green curry - the portion sizes were decent but the taste and aroma is far away from authentic. I am not sure, but I think can safely speculate there are any thai chefs in the kitchen. Everything was sweet , thai food is supposed to be a combination of umami, sweet and spicy.

I ordered this during quarantine and I gotta say, DAMN ITS DELICIOUS. It's authentic. The pineapple curry was brimming with coconut flavour, the fried rice had a lot of basil fragnence to it. And the mango sticky rice was done very well too. I would 10/10 recommend and will order more from here.

Very early dinner. We have the place to ourselves. I think they turned on the Thai instrumental music just for us. We have been here here several times in the past but it has been a couple years since we have been here last.
Good quality food, good ambience, our server today is particularly pleasant..
One turn off - the server explained to us that they serve the traditional Pad Thai and also a Canadian version. I asked what is the CANADIAN VERSION. She says they put ketchup in it. ..... Seriously 😊
