When you have a sewer drain blockage you want a plumbing company there fast. We give drain plumbing problems our highest priority. If you call us before 12pm we offer same day service from a qualified drain plumber. If you call us after 12pm, we will ensure we get to you before 12pm the next day or sooner if there is any way for us to get there.
When you call us with a plumbing problem one of our friendly customer service staff will take your details and find a time suitable to your busy schedule. If we can, we'll advise you on what you can do to at least reduce the urgency of the problem until we arrive. We won't quote you any come on deals or low ball prices.

My experience with Good Neighbour Plumbing is outstanding. Kyle turned up on time even giving me a courtesy call to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He quickly assessed our issue with a blocked sewer (tree roots) and got us up and running again in no time. The broken pipe needed to be repaired so following a very reasonable quote, I organised for GNP to return to do the job. Again, the team arrived at the time they indicated and completed the repair work quickly, efficiently and in a very professional manner.

This is hands down the best plumbing service I've used in Sydney. Dave, Kim and their team are absolutely fantastic! They are friendly, professional and super responsive. I just had an amazing experience with these guys coming over to my place today to fix pipe issues, and would highly recommend their services - I would give 6 stars if I could!

We required some major repairs to our sewer line and we found Good Neighbour Plumbing fantastic to deal with. The follow up and communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated and not something you normally receive when dealing with trades.
Kyle & the boys always turned up on time and were very courteous and accommodating when onsite. The workmanship was great and considering the size of the hole they needed to dig up in my yard, it’s amazing that you would never even know they were there.
I will definitely be using Good Neighbour Plumbing in the future and I strongly recommend

We have used Good Neighbour Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for several years now and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service, followup and advice we have received from them. Most recently I had them complete the plumbing for our bathroom renovation. Scott did the main work including removing the toilet, bidet and taps and then installing all the new items once tiling was completed. When Sydney Water discovered a large water leak coming from our underground water pipe I contacted Good Neigbour Plumbing, they were booked out for the day but still managed to get someone to our property and gives us a quote. We accepted the quote for an alternative option of rerouting new water pipes rather than locating the existing leak and repairing as the leak was caused by a large tree. Good Neighbour Plumbing are the only plumbers I would have out to my home. I recently agreed to their very reasonable quote for some repair work. While completing the work, not only did the team find a less invasive way to repair the problem, but they also reduced my final bill as they used fewer materials than initially quoted.
