The hot water system burst and ‘flooded’ the unit causing also water leak in the unit below.
We called emergency hot water specialist.
Glenn Stuart attended two apprentices. They arrived on time, removed and disposed the old system, installed new water heating system with tray and safety mechanisms. The job was completed within 2.5 hours and there was no mess.

I had the unfortunate experience of no hot water in a rental. Within one hour of receiving the work order Lisa had arranged for a plumber to inspect the problem and he arrived with the next two hours! The plumber William was super efficient, pleasant and very polite! Thankfully the system was back up and running with a new part within 30 mins! Excellent service and highly recommended!
