The installation team were onsite on time, polite and well prepared for the job ahead of them. The old (expensive to run) mains system was removed and the new solar hot water system was installed in just 3 hours. The site was left clean and information about its components was given before departure for the next job. Highly recommended.

Great Service overall! After phoning Jordan early on a Friday morning, he was able to arrange a technician to come out to inspect our Solar Hot Water Service within hours of our call. Stuart the technician was knowledgeable, honest and efficient, servicing the unit. Wendy then processed all the paperwork and answered all relevant questions we had in a timely manner. It is not hard to see why Solahart Strathpine has an outstanding reputation within the industry. Amazing customer service all round, well done team.

I can't speak highly enough of Solarhart at Strathpine. When our hot water system started leaking it took less than 3 days from first contact to having a brand new solar hot water system immaculately and professionally installed. The team of installers arrived early, answered all my questions and left after just a few hours of hard work.

Customer beware!! I contacted their office about a perished seal, just 9 months after the solar system was installed. I was told it was caused by birds, it was not covered by warranty and that I would have to pay a service fee. After discussion, it was agreed that their service agent would come out to my property.
He arrived 3 hours after he said he would arrive, no apology. He then proceeded to lecture me why he could/would not fix it. His best excuse was that if he removed the screws and replace the perished item, he could not guarantee the silicon would not leak. Unbelievable!
