Very poor warranty service. slow to respond to initial issue. Sent out crew who turned off my system, said inverter needed replacement. Gave me an invoice for $220 for that.
Four weeks later, after numerous calls to them, they now tell me "Maybe tomorrow afternoon, if not, next week".
No apologies, no explanation, no consideration.
Whoever the woman was (did not identify herself) she was condescending, officious, and was clearly reading from a script with no connection to the issue. She had taken days off when service was required, delaying response time, according to one of her subordinates

This is kind of a biased yet unbiased review but it’s genuine none the less.
In a professional aspect, I’ve worked with Uni-Industries for close to a decade.
I’ve been privy to their amazing family values and have seen their staff stick around for years and years and years (not common for the solar industry)
This year though, I became a customer of Uni-Industries and got solar out on my own roof.
Ryan, Ben, Hayley, Nicole and the team were nothing but amazing during the install.
They left our roof and yard spotless and the install job was perfect.
They took the time to design and east

We recently used Uni-Industries to remove and replace our old, broken solar system with a larger 9kw system. From their office staff to their installers we were really impressed with the professionalism and service we received. Not only did they do a very neat job, consulting us on the position of the panels, inverter and visible wiring, they also wired in our electric hot water system to heat during the day. We have no hesitation in recommending this Queensland family owned company.

We chose Uni Industries for our initial Solar installation based on their many years in similar industries as a family company, good feed back from other customers about their reliability and a good efficient response to our enquiriy. We were not disappointed, in 2011 their service and efficient installation for the system we chose was first class.
Four years on, we sought an upgrade which today saw a prompt installation by a highly trained team which had our system up and running within 3 hours. A massive storm last week required cancelling the installation, rescheduled to today the team arrived

Very quick to sell us our original system and then an extension to our previously installed system, however very slow to react when I reported a problem.
It has taken us 7 phone calls, 7 promises to phone us back which hasn't yet occurred and we are still awaiting advice when Uni Industries will come out and replace a simple switch.
In the meantime no solar.
I would highly recommend that before considering a purchase from this company that you vigorously explore there follow up and warranty processes.
My only option now is pursuing my legitimate claim with the Office of Fair Trading.

These guys were awesome! I brought a 3.5kw Solar System off these guys about 6 months ago and they were perfect. They talked me through the whole process and were never pushy. I had such a good experience that I got them back to install some Air Conditioners around the house.
They will be the first people I call if I need anything electrical in the future.
