I would not recommend them - I received the quote from Plumbers We Are Ferny Grove to do the major plumbing work at our house which was being renovated. I was told by the Administration Staff member that the plumber will be experienced. When the plumber turned up, he did not have any identification with him. When I asked him what is his licence number, he started calling the office to find out because he did not know. He explained to me that he only was granted licence recently and has not yet received it as he just finished his apprenticeship. I had to let him go and asked the Company to send
