I have used Clayton Granzien plumbing for my own house renovation & the quality of work was excellent. I’ve often referred him to clients who are consistently very satisfied with the timelines & quality too. One of the EXTRAS that he’s helpful with is at Building & Pest Inspections- if the inspector has concerns around any plumbing issue- I’ve FaceTimed Clayton with the Buyer & they can talk through options & explanations. Awesome customer service, found the leak promptly needed a part picked it up and installed in no time. Kept me updated as to what he was doing and kept out landlord updated.
