We have established relationships with structural engineers and architects and if required we can organise for your plans to be drawn up. Rivergum Building recently completed a major renovation of our home in North Ryde. The project covered almost all aspects of building work, including asbestos removal, demolition, basement excavation, addition of a new upper level, complete fit-out and landscaping. We engaged Rivergum to extensively renovate our home (first floor addition and major work on ground floor including new hardwood flooring).
