They are harassing us for a call out fee for checking out a fault on heating unit after they replaced the fan. Is it too much to expect to have a fully functional unit after we paid you the first time? If I take my car to the mechanic and they say they fixed something I expect it to be working not in limp home mode! Have you noticed your replies to negative comment is to make excuses?

Good service, but... I was ready for the $200 call out fee, however when he took a look at the problem with my AC and said "it's a small thing to fix, just a capacitor, but unfortunately I don't have one on me, I'll pop back when I get one" I assumed I'd just pay for the part when he returned. But no.
Another $200 call out fee for less than 5 minutes. And I picked this company because they are local: the depot is literally less than a kilometre away.
Beware.

I'd like to thank Woolley's plumbing for repairing my gas ducted heating. Ken Woolley sent around two of his team members. I was at work on the day and so had a relative there to let them in. The unit was working when I returned home that evening, which was terrific given that I had just returned from overseas to a very cold week in Melbourne. No mess was left behind, which has been an issue with other tradesmen in the past.

Called up after I had issues with my boiler, Woolley's talked me through what I needed to do there and then on the phone, as a result I didn't have to fork out for a weekend rate and saved myself a few hundred bucks in the process. Wonderful service, genuinely want to help you and not rinse you for every penny you've got. I won't be calling anyone else the next time I have a problem.

I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. Prior to Christmas last year, they were the only company who were willing to visit me at short notice and fix our evap cooler. The guy on the roof was working in 40+ temperatures and was still friendly and courteous all the time. Even this year, our gas heating system needed servicing, and Woolley's were great in response times and costs. Cannot fault this company !

Had a problem with my evaporative cooler. I had used Woolleys Plumbing in the past so because it was full of water I decided to call them. They came out on a really hot day and Matt and Richie got up on my very steep roof. They were very safe and used harnesses and ropes, that make me feel much safer. They fixed the problem, cleaned my system and when they left my house smelt really clean and my Air conditioning was working again. Thanks heaps for your Help.

I would like to thank Ken Wooley and his staff for the fantastic job they did repairing a blockage in the pipes of my rental property in Ivanhoe. The tenants were upset that this problem had been persistent. Ken calmed the tenants with his professional and methodical approach. He quickly diagnosed cracks in the pipes with a special camera. The cracks were allowing tree roots to enter the pipes and block it. They had the job finished the next day with new pipes and the toilet has never flushed better. The price was less than I expected and very fair considering they were there for nearly 2 full
