I bought this beautiful set in Aug this year and love the colour and pretty much everything about it. The reason why I didn’t give more stars is Cz the seam has already starting tearing from couple of cushions and they are not that sturdy as experienced in the showroom with Ranj. They cave in a bit instead of staying firm while sitting. One would expect more from a set that costed about $4,000.00 and still within 2 months of purchase. Let’s see if Ranj or someone at their showroom contacts me to make it right as per their words on the quality of their patio sets as this one hasn’t lived upto

We went in to look at electric fireplaces on Mar 14 (and bought at same time) - few days before shutdown. Parm was one of the nicest folks I have met and was very helpful. The fireplace unfortunately is still in a box waiting for the contractor to finish the job but we would highly recommend using Parm and Wicker Direct for fireplace (and looks like Patio Furniture from the other reviews). I bought a patio set from Wicker direct for the summer, and the customer service there was great! But what tops that is how unbelievably affordable the prices are and the amazing quality and durability of the furniture itself. Not to mention they are super comfy too ;) Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality outdoor furniture.

I would definitely recommend wicker direct! Ranj and Parm are very honest and direct. Their product is top of the line and reasonably priced compared to anywhere else and all their cushions are sunbrella fabric. We purchased a sectional, fire table, love seat, and coffee table. They added one little cushion and furniture covers. The furniture came within 4 days in great condition.
