Absolutely amazing experience dealing with Grace, she was more efficient and effective in helping me with my product enquiry compared to their online chat employees who were absolutely no help at all. I would not recommend using this company. I ordered a wine fridge from them, paid for premium delivery. Delivery was quick and I got it on Monday Jan 10th, however Luxo Living have not thought about how to safely unpackage or install this product from the customer's point of view.
The fridge is 95.5kg gross weight, and it's tied to a 10cm high timber plinth, which sits below the fridge. I asked the delivery drivers to lift it off the plinth for me so I can at least unpackage it and try to rotate it so the fridge door is in the right location. They said it's not their job ( fair

I still have if trouble with luxo living from one of there saunas that I purchased I wish I could give “no stars”
The sauna seases to work only after 6 months their team of “specialists” so called! Keep sending me parts that don’t fix the problem! They are reluctant to replace or give me a refund! And obviously have to consideration for their costumers or their products
Very unhappy with the product and to company wouldn’t recommend to stay away from purchasing from this company

Avoid buying from this company online.
They’ll get your order wrong and send you the incorrect items.
I ordered 2 sets of these black stools I got the gold ones sent instead.
The one chair came with the incorrect legs as you can see in the picture so I’m sitting with one stool with legs that are uneven and unattached.
Putting the chairs together were a nightmare and then contacting customer service has been another stressful process.
Second time I’ve bought from them, and the last.
They’ll get your order wrong and send you the incorrect items.

Don’t touch these guys furniture broken scratches dents and many parts not painted bare metal not powder coated.either. Their refund policy in breach of Australian Consumer Law. Made me unpack the lot photograph and then repack. Not good enough had to unpack again video and then repack again. No help at all had to explain consumer law to them. Eventually picked up but nothing ever heard. Had to start legal action to get a response. Look at this photo does it look good to you.

First, they sold me a faulty and misadvertised bedframe. When it arrived was missing a piece, it took them over two months of "we can't find the missing piece" until they provided compensation for me to go buy the missing piece.
In less than six months of receiving the bed frame, and four of using it, it broke as it turned out that the "solid" wood was actually just two cheap pieces of pile wood and hallow in the middle. See the videos attached.

The outdoor table I purchased had broken pieces from the time it was unpacked and not only can’t I get a replacement or refund, I cannot get a response to my queries. After sending multiple photos immediately upon unpacking the table I contacted Luxo Living 4 seperate times via phone calls to customer service (each time being told my query is a priority and would be escalated as such). I have been chasing for 6 weeks, yet I still have had zero proactive response from Luxo Living. I am currently working with Fair Trading Australia. Based on my experience I really recommend you NOT to purchase
