I am an owner of an apartment in Camperdown Sydney and a strata committee member. The Strataedge team from Petersham are excellent strata managers/coordinators and provide great service. Anthony, Maddie and their team are both very professional, friendly, approachable and pro-active. Anthony is very knowledgeable and diligent and Maddie is very helpful and reliable. They are efficient in dealing with issues and have a strong use of resources available to use through the Strataedge network. I know I also speak on behalf of other owners and committee members in our complex who appreciate their work

New management was established at the end of last year with the new strata manager who manages the complex of 21 where I live, starting earlier this year. I have found Pedro very efficient and responsive - not easy as he manages many other properties - many I am sure with very complex issues relating to owners and tenants.. He adapted to a new situation with ease and continues to offer excellent service - as did the previous manager and management.
