Since 1987, Frank Daniele, Daniele Spadotto and the d2 construction team have evolved from an ideal to a disciplined organisation that is able to realise your building/construction vision providing you with peace of mind throughout the journey. Throughout this evolution Frank and Daniele have remained hands-on project managers, always on-site and fully involved in every aspect of each project, which is unmatched in the building industry.
Immediately from school Daniele began working with his father in the family construction business. It is very special to work with family values and so as d2 constructions have grown d2 has maintained family values, "It is what I know and what I love" said Daniele. Daniele's expertise is structural, multi story buildings, power stations, shopping centres etc and like Frank, Daniele's greatest delight is seeing d2 exceed client expectations.
With a love of wood and the ability to create, Frank embarked on an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. Taking an artistic view Frank enjoys a challenge, anything unusual, the opportunity to make something better, to be able to reuse, recreate and make beautiful. With over 25 years experience Frank knows that at the beginning people are a little anxious.
All you need to do is either use the 'contact us ' form or call us! We will come to you to discuss the scope of work. We will be looking at your site and making some preliminary assumptions. In this first meeting, we'll be asking you a lot of questions and doing a lot of listening. In this initial meeting, d2 will ask general questions about the project and discuss the services and options we could offer to best fit your needs and budget.
The cultural momentum in favour of work-life balance indicates a trend away from mono-functional building types and districts to building and urban design which is more mixed use, creating spaces that encourages people to not be visitors but to interact with the building. This is achieved by giving the people a voice in what they expect about the physical space they use.
