Feeling very very grateful for Air Rite Mechanical Services today as it gets warmer and wanted to share a positive experience with a great local business for anyone looking at fixing or installing air conditioning.
We had three units installed yesterday and their attention to detail was excellent. They have also previously serviced our other units, with great results given their age.

The team that came to my house - Steve and Lauchie were great guys. I makes a difference when people are just pleasant.
It turns out that I had a snake in my unit, and Steve dealt with that so well, spent ages trying to find it and make sure it didn't get hurt. I appreciate that and his attitude.

This company was able to get a technician out in a short time frame.
The technician arrived early, asked if I wanted shoes off in the house and was able to diagnose the problem in a short time.
He was knowledgeable and very pleasant in his approach.
Riley was able to give pointers on very basic maintenance with good advice.
The parts are on order.
An outstanding experience with a totally professional company. 5 star.
