I engaged Ascot Plumbing to check on a possible leak in the kitchen as per a building inspection. AP plumbers turned up late without the building report and checked the bathroom for leaks, but not the kitchen as was requested. The rate charged was excessive and not in line with the work undertaken or the time that the plumbers were onsite. AP have also not responded to me about the above, so they do not seem interested in fixing any errors.
I would not trust any further plumbing to Ascot Plumbing, nor would I recommend them.

One of the worst experiences we have had ever. The guy that came out, Terry, swore at us when we queried over extra charges that were not explained. The service was WELL below standard and he showed up 3 hours after they said they would arrive. I would not recommend using them ever! Extremely unprofessional service by this incredibly rude individual

We have used Ascot plumbing twice and we were extremely pleased with them on both occassions. We found the work they completed to be exceptional and they took the time to clean up after the work was done. They turned up on time, explained what they would be doing and advised us how long the job was expected to take. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work done at a reasonable price.

The staff at Ascot Plumbing are extremely professional and very helpful. I have had several issues over the past twelve months and each one of the staff has been very prompt and fixed the problem with ease. I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer is on about as I have never had a problem with this company or the guys who work for them.
