This Company is Top Notch!!! I called because we had a sewage smell in our home. From the moment I first spoke to the owner Jent & was told someone would be there within the hour I was estatic! ( I have called other companies and waited days for them to come ) Jon arrived at my door and was as warm & friendly as Jent.
He quickly found the sources of my problems, took the time to show them to me and to explain what was wrong as well as what exactly he would do to fix them. He checked every toilet and sink thoroughly and even found a leak in
one of our bathrooms that I did not know existed! Now

Gator replaced our garbage disposer in a matter of minutes and it works perfectly! I can’t speak to the price since I never saw the bill (it went directly to our landlord) but the service was great! They were also flexible with rescheduling last minute. Will be calling for future plumbing needs!

Gator was called to our condo building to seek out a cause of sewer gas. Although that was not my problem, I had needed a small favor to attach a new shower head and asked simply if me might be able to spare an extra 5 minutes. He said he'd stop by after his call was completed, which he did, completing the favor in a matter of minutes, and also supplying a new faucet. I was charged for half a.service call, and couldn't have been more pleased with Jent and his willingness to go the extra mile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
