Scott was keen to join the workforce from the first day he was legally allowed to work. As a young, enthusiastic kid he wanted to earn his own money to gain that little bit of independence which some young minds crave. His first job was at a local nursery where he was a casual staff member on weekends helping customers by using his practical knowledge to help them with their basic landscaping needs.
Here at Elite Additions, we want to make sure you get the best value possible for your home improvements or new home build. In recent years, we have expanded the services we offer primarily due to customer demand. As you know, Elite Additions all started off with decks & pergolas but over the years have expanded into additions, extensions, renovations and brand new home builds with only the best contractors as hired by us!
Elite Additions have grown in recent years to provide people of Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle with beautiful home additions, extensions and renovations. Since our early beginnings, we've branched out from our original location in the leafy Sydney suburb of West Pennant Hills to having multiple teams of quality tradespeople located up the coast towards Newcastle.
The aim of this meeting is to understand what you want from us as a builder in addition to providing you with unique & practical solutions. Another important part of this meeting is to prepare a budget and to make sure that we are all on the same page. From here, we take the concept plans and submit all of the relevant documents to the local council to ensure a smooth an efficient process.
To determine a price straight off the bat is challenging even for homebuilding experts like us at Elite Additions. We can only assume that other builders offer packages because they aren't as customised or as high-quality as our additions, extensions or renovations. We treat every single one of our projects like its' our own - that's the Elite difference.

After months of trying to find a respectable builder, I was delighted when I rang Elite Additions (Scott- The builder). Service was impeccable, not to mention how respectful his tradesmen were. Everything I wished for was completed to the best standard, not to mention the changes my husband and I changed. These changes were instantly reciprocated with good faith from the builder and completed within a professional time frame. All in all the process from the first phone call to the completion was amazing, will 100% use again and recommend it to anyone needing a good reliable builder.

Scott helped me the whole way through my house renovations. I felt he listened to my concerns, wants and needs, and was always available to discuss any details. His suggestions, recommendations and overall designs have reflected this in providing me with the best outcomes for use of these spaces. When we first met with Scott I was so impressed by not only his honesty and experience! Scott is very passionate about his work and I really appreciated his open communication. The construction phase was impeccable, Scott’s attention to detail and communication through the build was excellent. Scott and his team hold themselves to a high end residential standard of workmanship and honestly treated the build of my house like it was their own. We are very satisfied with the work Elite Additions have undertaken. It was a complete bathroom revamp with a few unseen difficulties. The job was completed efficiently and professionally . It was competitively priced and of a good quality. We are engaging them to do some other renovations later this year, 2021.

Scott and his team delivered an outstanding service. During the build process communication is key, Scott is easy to talk to and no request was too hard. He was also able to deliver our vision and provided lots advice. We are really happy with the finished product and would highly recommend!

The team at Elite Additions was absolutely incredible! Highly professional, with the best quality craftsmanship and standards across the entire project. Elite Additions went above and beyond for us right from the initial beginning of organising the quotes, to the planning, building and finally completion. I couldn't recommend a better service anywhere! Will definitely use them again for any projects we have in the future, I wouldn't use anyone else.
