With developments in high end renovations in fashionable London areas such as Chelsea and Kensington we have gained knowledge in project management for both investment and lifestyle. In Queensland Brands Built was involved in the commercial construction of retirement homes as well as residential renovations which required buildings to withstand cyclonic weather conditions.
Hardwood, composite, pergolas & patios, timber or modwood, stone or pavers. Lots of options to choose from but whatever your choice you can be sure that you'll end up with a premium build. The same goes for your roof - updating your roof can dramatically improve the look of your house not to mention getting rid of any leaks or leaf collection points.
The area of Forestville, Killarney Heights and Davidson is approximately 11.2 square kilometres. The area is mainly low-density housing with many older homes on medium sized blocks dating back to the 1960's. Knock down and rebuild has been popular over the last 10 years. There are few apartments due to strict council planning laws.
The area of Lindfield, Killara, Pymble is approximately 5.43 square kilometres. It consists of tree lined streets with large established federation homes dominate the landscape, freestanding homes on large quarter acre blocks, period freestanding Californian bungalows. There is a wide variety of property and architectural styles from Federation, Victorian and art deco houses to renovated 50's houses and modern double storey executive homes.
The area of Mosman, Cremorne, Cremorne Point is approximately 10.5 square kilometres. Houses in the area are mainly a mix of renovated Federation era and modern architect designed luxury properties, with a variety of older & newer semi-detached or fully dwellings, Units make up a large percentage of dwellings.
