Sam Johnson established the Southern Cross Group (SCG) business in 2005 with four team members in Sydney. The business has undergone a remarkable transformation since its humble beginnings to become one of Australia's leading providers of integrated service solutions employing staff in Australia and overseas to support our business growth.

Sam founded Southern Cross in 2005 after identifying a need for competitive, customer-focused security in the industry. Prior to this had held progressively senior roles within some of Australia's largest security companies. Having been recognised as the WSABE Young Entrepreneur of 2014, Sam continues to lead the company with pride and confidence.
