General IT services include Managed IT Services, NBN and internet services, Virtualisation and storage of data, email exchange services and much much more.
Managed IT services is the practice of outsourcing on a proactive basis management responsibilities and functions with a strategic method for improving operations and cutting expenses. It appears as an alternative to the break/fix or on-demand outsourcing model where Sterling IT performs on-demand services and bills the customer only for the work done.
With the NBN currently being installed across the country, there are now a greater range options for both small and large businesses. Should have moved all our IT over sooner. Great staff, excellent communication, easy to use website for help. Sterling IT have handled all our computer issues with ease and efficiently. Even quickly helped us adapt our system to remote working during COVID. Would highly recommend Sterling IT for all your computer needs and support.
