Be wary of this company people, they are rip off artists...Charged me $438 to change a leaking washing machine hose. 15 minute job, yes replaced the leaking Hose with a stainless steel hose, which I believe would have cost $60. Ripped off and fuming

Stay away! Booked a visit and Ferguson Plumber group showed up. Charged $946 saying it’s because they have to use a specialized power hose and camera. Was told after it was a blocked storm water pipe and they have to dig & fix it and quoted me 8k+ and tried to push me to go ahead with it. Lucky I declined, booked another plumber who found the cause of the leak and sydney waters fixed it for free. It was just a faulty valve. Stay away from this rip-off company.

Absolute rip off merchants! Their quotes and fees are massively excessive, they also threatened me with legal action after I gave them a poor 1 star review. I would not recommend these guys to anyone!

I was happy with work done but the cost was excessive for the time spent and work done and when I expressed my shock at the cost to the Dan’s Plumbing (aka Fergusons Plumbing Group), and pointed out there was no seniors discount applied, they offered me the senior discount on the proviso I would not lodge a negative review! Not ethical.

So the long and short of it is that these guys are absolute highwaymen when it comes to fees.
Unfortunately one of my taps burst and I was in an emergency situation so had to grab the nearest plumber to me and unfortunately these guys were the first to show up on product reviews and I just went with it.
MFs were very very secretive with fees and when asked avoided all questions about them.
In the end charged me $1,300 for a leaking tap.
Another thing they do is they force you to write a review for them under duress at product reviews so don't trust their ratings on there.

I called Dan's Plumbing thinking they were a local plumber. PlumbCorp turns up and they tried to charge me $4100 for a broken copper pipe outside. The job took less than an hour by another licenced plumber who charged me $150 for the same job. AVOID this company at ALL cost. Save your 'call out fee' they are absolute crooks.

I've spoken to many people regarding the quote from Dans.
I explained to them that I had already installed the kitchen mixer tap and all I wanted was someone to tighten up a nut and put another nut on a screw to secure the tap to the sink. I also needed the washer to be put into the return flow system to stop a leak. I told them that I was quoted $628.52 to do this. The responses I received from those I told, we're that you were trying to take advantage of me because of my age and that I wanted to sell my property due to illness and move in to a nursing home. Got a quote for over $1700 for maybe an hours work, have another licensed plumber doing the same job for $330 as its his minimum charge. Part of plumb corp, i'd avoid at all costs.

Quoted $1200 to replace a tap after $38 call out fee. I ended up hiring a different plumber who charged $140. I left a bad review for Dan’s Plumbing and the owner called me and threatened to trash my business by getting all his plumbers to leave false negative reviews for my business. No wonder they have no negative reviews and can keep ripping people off.
