They were the third person I called to find the leak that was coming from underneath my floor. Every other company had me scheduled in for a week later. They were able to move some appointments around and get me scheduled in the next day. They found the leak and fixed it for us.

There is a reason they make you pay half up front. They dramatically overcharged me for a simple install, and managed to damage the existing plumbing while there (resulting in the dishwasher draining into the basement). The plumber never told me when they were coming (They just showed up) and I had to call multiple times just to get them to setup an appointment. I should have listened to my instincts and gone with another plumber.

Water Savers should change their name to Life Savers! From the moment they were referred to me throughout the entire process I felt like hey were partnering with me to truly help me. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we are expecting our first child. Shortly after the home purchase we started having major issues with our water line and we didn't know what to do. One of the contractors doing renovations on our home highly recommended Water Savers to us and they did not disappoint. The pricing was competitive but fair, the service was excellent, and I felt the genuine care and concern

They initially offered water leak "diagnostic" for $285, which did not do any good as they would NOT locate the exact leakage. However, the lead plumber, Lou, went above and beyond to find the leakage on our front lawn so the leakage was fixed without additional outrageous cost.
I think what they charged me was pretty fair, and the job well done.

Recently, my tub handles were stripped by my roommate. I called Ernesto and he came over to replace it right away. Because of his professionalism I had him to look at a leak that I had which was coming from a pipe in the attic. He provided me with an estimate and came over a week later to repair it. Ernesto timely and did a phenomenal job. He also provided me with someone to repair the sheetrock that was damage. I now have a plumber for life and Water Savers of Atlanta has a customer for life. One a scale from 1 to 10. I would definitely give them a 10. Thanks so much Ernesto and Karen.

I had a water leak at my house that 3 other plumbers plus the irrigation company could not find. Terry came out and took his time and found the leak. Unfortunately, it required a new main water line installed. Karen at Water Savers scheduled the utility companies to mark and the crew at Water Savers began work on schedule and put in the new pipe. We did run into a few problems that were taken care of professionally and courteously. Anytime I had a call, Ernesto or Karen were professional, polite, and prompt in taking care of my needs. Even with issues, they were some of the best in customer service
