Phil was unreliable, expensive , and capricious. He did not answer his phone after his first visit, 13 days passed until he turned up again, after many phone calls, and he charged an arm and a leg for not even a couple of hours work to investigate what the problem was and fixed nothing. He then wanted to be paid a high price up front for a job he refused to do anyway. Very unpleasant experience
