He has been involved in the establishment of several abrasive blasting and protective coating operations and has broad experience in the steel fabrication manufacturing and protective treatment industry.
CCMP provides the application of a full range of architectural, industrial and marine coatings to your metal product/structure strictly in accordance with specifications, standards, government specifications and data sheets. We have an extensive range of application equipment, filtered paint areas, and an experienced application team.
Hot Metal Spray or Thermal Arc Spray or Metallising, provides a superior quality finish with greater performance than painting or hot dipped galvanising. The process of Hot metal spray is where zinc, aluminium or Zinc85/Aluminium15 or other alloys are sprayed onto a substrate, providing a highly protective sacrificial coating or even as a desired architectural finish.
Intumescent coatings, (also known as intumescent paint or fire resistant/retardant paint), are used in buildings as a passive fire resistance measure. They can be applied to structural members as an aesthetically pleasing fireproofing product. CCMP are certified Intumescent coating applicators for most Intumescent coating manufacturers.
CCMP are licensed applicators of Speedliner, a low VOC thick polymer (92 shore A hardness) coating with tensile strength (up to 7500psi) and super high abrasive wear resistance. This is an ideal product for mining and marine applications. The coating is super hard wearing, impact resistant, with the ability to be textured using specialised techniques to provide a non-slip coating to Australian standards.
