Just want to thank Duane for coming out and servicing my air con unit plus installing the AirTouch4 controller to my existing Fujitsu.
Really impressed how he found some original installation problems and addressed and fixed those while he was there.
Duane really knows air cons back to front and have recommended him to friends and family who have also been very impressed with his service, knowledge and attention to detail.

Duane & Jesse took time and care from start to finish, discussing, formulating and delivering the most cost and performance effective approach on our challenging west facing two storey with large windows & vaulted ceilings. Responsiveness - prompt and positive. Winter now summer - Merrett's solution was spot on. They were recommended to me and I have not hesitation in passing on that recommendation.
