After contacting your office enquiring about a warranty on our air conditioners remote control yesterday morning 26/3/2018 at approx 10.30 am, we were advised of an 1800 number and the response was amazing. We recieved an sms yesterday afternoon advising us that a new remote was on its way and we recieved it in this mornings post 27/3/2018.

Highly recommend T & K Airpower, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs in terms of providing several quotes for different systems. In the meantime prior to install date they arranged for portable A/C Units for our Office, without them we could not have continued working in 40 degree heat. Communication was outstanding! The install Team were on time and extremely enthusiastic and polite. Clean up after install was immaculate! All in All very professional job done by everyone involved.

As per usual T & K Airpower SA not only provide prompt service they follow through. I have been using them for many years now and have never been disappointed. Steve and Cindy were both helpful and very efficient at the office end. The 3 servicemen who came out to do the job were friendly, efficient and did the job without fuss. If you are having troubles with your aircon and everyone tells you need a new system, well before you try these guys out.. What an amazing service these guys provide, we had been told by 2 other company's that our system was to old and it was beyond repair.
But once Oliver from T&K Air came to site the story was quite the opposite, he pin pointed the fault in 10mins and explained that one of the fans was not working in the roof hence all the issues.
1 week later the parts were installed and the system is working 100%.

I was searching for answers to my ducted AC system that was malfunctioning and starts to blow cold air when it was supposed to be blowing warm air. I was offered various "opinions" from others but when I came across the website of T&K Airpower SA, I was really surprised at the quality of great information put together, and easy to understand. I was even more impressed and very grateful for the time Steve spent in further explaining the possible causes of my AC problem and possible repair options. These guys are top blokes, very professional, with in-depth knowledge in all matters related to AC

Been having my home air conditioning serviced by T&K for years and always impressed with how this company operates. From booking an appointment with a repairman to job completion, this is a truly professional operation. But it hasn't lost the human touch. To my surprise and delight, my repairman Daniel rang to inform me he might be later than anticipated because the job he was completing was taking longer. He wasn't that late in the end and was friendly, genial and, most importantly, efficient and professional. Stayed true to the quoted price too, which didn't break the bank. Highly recommend T
