Steve and his team at Coastwide Grannyflats delivered exactly what we asked for. I can't count how many changes we made to the standard floor plan and how many additional requests we made of Steve and his team...nothing was ever a problem!! Steve was easy going, professional and focused on delivering exactly what we wanted for mum's new home. We added ducted AC, marble-look tiles, disabled access and support rails, ceiling fans throughout, security lights, a covered patio and adjoining garage with internal access to the house...all to help my 83yr old mother feel comfortable. Steve thought of everything
