Bradville Garages has been established for over 45 years providing quality garages, sheds, carports, patios, granny flats and more. Bradville Garages began in 1971 with the aim of providing quality, affordable garages and carports throughout the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquaire and Central Coast areas using the latest building materials and techniques.

Whilst our range of products has developed greatly over the years, our philosophy of quality and affordability has remained, and with over 20,000 buildings completed during our 50 years of operation, you can be assured that we have the experience to assist with your next project whatever your requirements may be.

As a local, family owned and operated company, Bradville is committed to continuing our tradition of service and advice. So should you require any assistance with your building needs, we invite you to visit our display village or contact us at anytime. We are also the Newcastle distributor for Ahrens Steel Buildings and are able to offer an extensive range of steel pre-fabricated design sheds, rural buildings, barns, etc.
Services
A garage can offer a wide array of uses from simple car accommodation through to storage areas, workshop, gamesroom, office, study and even extra accommodation depending upon your requirements. A garage is an investment and a purchase which should be considered carefully, as incorrect decisions about sizing, material and location can be frustrating, expensive to remedy and ultimately detract from the value of your home.
Whether you need a custom carport for vehicle protection or a patio verandah for entertaining, let Bradville deliver your vision. Attached or freestanding design; carports, awnings, verandahs and patios to provide the perfect complement to your home, whether as a sheltered outdoor living space for family and friends or covered protection for your vehicles.
As additional accommodation, a children's playhouse, art studio or even an Airbnb rental, a granny flat can be a sound investment. An affordable and attractive option suitable for a granny flat, studio retreat or secondary dwelling, available in a range of sizes and layout designs.
At Bradville, we can assist with all your inquiries, then design and construct a building to suit your needs. All our products are individually designed and fabricated at our own factory here at Cardiff, so we are able to offer custom specifications to meet your particular requirements. Bradville were able to design, gain council approval & erect the design garage to match our heritage style home.
There are many types of garages, sheds, carports and awnings available on the market and the cheapest price may not always represent the best value. Consider the various styles of construction offered and ensure that the structure you are choosing will add value to your dwelling, function in the best possible manner and be adaptable for future uses.

Garages are expensive priced and budget quality. Colorbond trim was 40 mm short. Timber trims didn't line up.. Access door was hollow not solid and wouldn't close. Lock didn't line up. Avoid them

Not a good experience unfortunately. They ordered the incorrect size posts for my carport then tried to inform me that because they install a lot of carport these posts would look better (despite the paper plans). Then they ordered incorrect length sheets of roofing and tried to pull a shifty by adding an additional beam along the side of my house to make up the short fall. Now I'm up to about phone call five trying to get the final inspection paperwork lodged with council and keep getting told they'll get on to it,even though the job was finished months ago. I feel like I'm the first person to
