After a hot water unit failed on New Years Eve, they were able to visit the site 90 minutes after the first phone call, and had replaced the hot water unit within 3 hours. The job was professional and clean, and the person installing it was a pleasure to talk to.

We asked one of their plumbers to come to my home, and asked him to replace the bath tap set. He said that replacement job would cost $525 dollars!!! That's insane!!! Later we contacted another plumber (who is not a worker of Pinpoint) and asked what's the price for this replacement job, this one said it would cost $100-200 dollars. Such a huge difference!!! The first one thought we were idiots so that they can charge us whatever they want!!!

**DO NOT USE! I REPEAT - DO NOT USE! Hidden charges galore. Makes up additional pricing whilst on the job so you are left with no choice. Quotes you one price on the phone to get the job and then hits you in the pocket when its too late! Got another plumber to do the same job and charged a quarter of the price and did a superb job. DO NOT USE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. HAVE HAD TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FAIR TRADE COMMISSION BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THEY MADE!!!!!**
