The GF James Plumbing Services team done a good job for us, recently they carried out repairs to the roof of our high end Pyrmont complex and replaced all screws on the roof sheeting and flashings replacing approximately 20000 screws in total. Every 10m, roof sheet was completely loosened to allow inspection of roof space and any sheets that were slightly raised were pinned with pop rivet or under sealed with UV resistant sealant to prevent any future water penetration.

I had a problem with our hot water heater (the gas turned off) and was quoted over 3k to replace by another local company. I panicked and called GF James for a 2nd opinion and had a very nice man come out immediately to help. We trouble shooted the problem and were able to restart the heater within 30 minutes. Appreciate the time, patience and skill from GF James to investigate properly rather than simply tell us to replace it. Saved us thousands in the end. Highly recommend!

GF plumbing did the unblock the drain first and then found the root cause and fixed it properly. There were unknowns and they handled it very well. They were great communicators and upfront with everything they did. They arrived on agreed time and reasonable. Left the site clean. I will use them any time and can’t recommend them enough.

I called G.F James Plumbing and from the moment the lovely young lady answered my call to the completion of the job, I received nothing but outstanding service and kept up to date throughout the whole job. Try to avoid to use their service at all cost. This is a ripe off. Send a guy to come and have a look and charge me for $200. Nothing was done. only took a few photo in order to charge me.
You can get many other plumber outside. Stay away from this company. I I hope google can have a zero star rating. They deserve 0 star.

Recently our home was inundated with flood water from the storms on the Central Coast. We contracted G F James Plumbing to undertake the extensive repair work to the 20 year old storm water system around our home. Using cameras and old fashioned plumbing know how Geoff, Tony, Patrick and Robert identified and repaired the many issues that plagued our home and caused the flooding. Their attitude to the difficult work and their respect they showed for our home was first class.
