Critical: Responsiveness
My mother and father in law have been waiting for a quote four weeks after a FOK staff member attended site. Poor customer service. So much for trying to use a local company to provide services. Don't expect anything to happen if you ask for a quote.

Helpful up until there is a problem, then they do not return you phone call or fix their stuff ups.. Have been waiting 3 months to get something fixed, When we call and get told the same line every time and they never call you back.

Focus on Kitchens were fantastic from start to finish. I walked in wanting a new kitchen but didn’t know exactly what I wanted in it. Their design staff helped me to create a beautiful functional kitchen that is beyond my expectations.
Whilst my older house threw some surprises his way, the installer handled them wonderfully and his quality & workmanship are second to none.
I would highly reccomend the team at Focus on Kitchens to anyone who is renovating or building for all their joinery needs.
