We have had Tom undertake a variety of works for us over the past four years including a complete interior refurbishment of an apartment, and both major and minor works on our grand old Queenslander. Tom has been fantastic. My house is in a lot of disrepair, it's old and not in good shape and Tom has given so much time to talk over options with me and my family. I am living alone, I am elderly, and he has been kind and patient. He has been very honest and upfront, telling us what is best for our situation rather than just seeking unnecessary work (almost talking himself out of work!). He was not pushy at all and his assessment of the work to be done was completely honest. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and came up with workable and cost effective solutions.
