Thank you Atkinson’s Air for our awesome air conditioning. They installed a ducted system for us a couple of months back and since the weather has warmed up it has (almost!) paid for itself. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and have been great with answering questions after completion too. Highly recommend.

I’ve had no end of trouble getting ducted air-conditioning installed in my existing two storey home and then I met the folk at Atkinson’s. They conducted a thorough site visit, listened to my needs, and formulated and proposed a brilliant solution to a complex problem. I’m so impressed with these folk!!! Thoroughly recommended!

We have found Atkinson Air to be very professional and extremely efficient business with an excellent product. We have had them put in aircon systems at two homes now and on each occasion their service in all areas has been outstanding. Quoting has been very timely and installation the same. Their product and follow up is well above average so it is understandable that they charge a reasonable price for what they deliver. We would strongly recommend that someone looking to instal a household aircon system, contact Atkinson Air.

All right, until something is broken. This service does not work on weekend under the warranty, but they provide the service at 3 hours minimum pay rate. This does not mean that the damage will be repaired on the same day, since they are not holding all spare parts. It took 12 days since the one-year old air conditioner was repaired.

Following the recent storms in Coolum, we had some problems with our air conditioner. Josh, from Atkinson's came out a day later. We have nothing but positives to say about this business. Josh is the loveliest young man. He was running late, but kept us informed, of any delays. It was late when he did get to us, but he there were no short cuts for him. He did the best job. Thorough, professional and clearly knowledgeable. We've never had a tech as good as Josh.

Thank you so much to Ben and the boys at Atkinson’s Air for their fantastic work. We have an old two storey duplex and they fitted ducted air con upstairs and downstairs when other companies told us it was too… difficult. Ben always made us feel that nothing was too difficult or a problem. They never complained the whole day of installation even when it was obviously quite tricky and very hot up in the roof! Thanks again and also for the great after sales service too.
