Laguna Bay Air Conditioning Noosa has been servicing the Sunshine Coast since 1994 and operates from the premises conveniently located at 6A/100 Rene Street Noosaville. The business has grown from a 1 person operation (Shane Savage Managing Director) to a highly regarded and sought after domestic and commercial climate control specialist service employing 10 highly qualified local trade and administrative staff.
The quality of workmanship shown by Laguna Bay Air Conditioning has been high with little if any recall for follow up work. Moreover, the staff has fitted in well to the college environment, showing respect for the need to work with and around students and teaching in classrooms. They have shown considerable flexibility in starting jobs after school finishes and working in evenings and on weekends where required.
We are Daikin specialist dealers and suppliers of other quality products, including Mitsubishi Electric and LG to name a few. Our commercial air conditioning sales department offers trade qualified advice - not just an appliance in a box. This is very important as we understand the requirements to heat and cool large areas.

If i could give 10stars i would. Very happy with the honesty and service. We had another local AC company come out and tell us we needed a new unit. Lagoona bay came out and did some tests, ordered the parts and fixed the Air Con unit in a matter of days. This saved us thousands of dollars, thanks guys, I'll recommend you to anyone and everyone.

Had an interment problem with an 8yr old Fujitsu ducted system, unknown error code displayed, after some diagnosis problem finally appeared whilst the technician was onsite and he was able to identify a faulty board in the ceiling unit. Took approx 5 days for the part to come from Fujitsu, fitted without delay. Staff highly knowledgeable with good diagnostic skills, overall experience excellent. Will be using them to supply the ducted system for my new build.

Very happy we decided to go with Laguna. As it hits 32 today outside, I am confident we ended up with an awesome system at a great price. Attended site twice to diagnose problem with AC unit at my in laws house. Was quoted 1000 for a part that might fix the problem but could not guarantee but still had to pay for the part. All of this took over 4 weeks to complete. Found another local contractor and he attended next day located the problem gave a repair and or replacement quote that day. He got the job! Time to pick your act up Laguna.

We chose a local company for my new air conditioner system and Laguna Air were superb from the start. Received a quote within 24hrs and they even invited us in to discuss what we wanted to make sure it was fit for purpose. We opted for a Daikin ducted system with a MyAir5 control panel.
During our new house build, despite ever changing schedules, the guys at Laguna Air were flexible and their professionalism was never doubted. On time, polite and tidy, this team were superb.
Would recommend them to anyone and very grateful for their efforts from day one to finish.
