Ben was terrific. Very competent and efficient. He explained everything clearly and then inspected the affected areas carefully, showing us photos of what he found. He then treated our rodent problem in short order, leaving everything clean and tidy. We would be more than happy to use Ben and QPMS again should any new problems arise.

We initially booked the job thinking there was a possum living in the roof ceiling and I made several calls to different companies but decided to book Quality Pest Management after talking to Daniel because he was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent with their fees and offered a gurantee on their work. The service was great from beginning to end. The quote was fast, detailed and efficient. The booking process was smooth. Ben turned up on time, with a smile on his face and ready to do the work and also explain in detail what he was doing and answer all of our questions. I have used Quality Pest Management and Solutions twice now. Last time Daniel came out, this time Ben. Very impressed with their service both times. They do the little things right - confirming appointments, calling ahead on the day, turning up when they say they will, pro-active rescheduling because due to weather, friendly and polite conversation, taking care carrying their work gear so they don't mark the walls. On top of that they performed their job well and at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
