So friendly, extremely efficient at getting back to you, great advice and knowledge on all kinds of pests. Used them at my apartment for German cockroaches and they all died and never came back. Success!!

Excellent, very professional company. Very organised and disciplined They have a dedicated pre-service chat/email team that looks into what bugs you have. And puts together a detailed quote before starting, with lots of detail and information about how to prepare before and after the service. Everything can be organised and done online too.
On the day the service is on time and friendly, and afterwards the spray works as expected.
Really professional and not one of those "yeah-whatever-make-it-up-as-you-go" type tradie service, highly recommended!

They got rid of cockroaches at my place - 0 cockroach sighting 2 months later!! (they were coming in from surrounding apts). The technicians are very experienced at their job, top that with very prompt and friendly communication/follow up - will def go with them for my future pests treatments.
*TIP* Take a pic / keep a dead cockroach (🤢) to confirm the cockroach type at your place. I’m told the treatment plan will differ if you have German cockroaches.

BEST pest control company in Sydney as the name suggests! Nigel is amazing and did a super thorough job of spraying our place for German cockroaches. This was following a disaster with another company (Attack Pest) who did not do the job properly and tried to charge again for a second treatment.
These guys have a 6 month long warrantee and will do another spray for free if you still have them after 6 weeks, amazing! Wish I had just gone with them in the first place, great value for money and excellent customer service. Thank you!

We used Sydneys Best Pest Control on 7th Jan 2021 to try and resolve a cockroach outbreak in our apartment.
Let's start with the positives. Firstly, the back office was very efficient and called me almost immediately after I sent an email inquiry to arrange an appointment. Secondly, the man (and his apprentice) who came were very professional and helpful whilst they were here and did the work in less than 30 mins. So far, so good.
However, the main problem is that our cockroach issues hasn't been resolved and we still see lots of cockroaches in the evening. Perhaps slightly less than before but
