Alan was a pleasure to deal with, not only personally but professionally. The process was seamless, from online quotes, booking a time, confirmation via email and text with an alert that he was on his way (I could track him!) to the invoice arriving just after the job was completed.
There was a problem with one fan (not his fault) and he came back to check it before it was replaced by the manufacturer under warranty, something he wasn’t required to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Westcork.

Alan from Westcork Electrical provided first-class service when replacing my halogen lights with LED's and updating my external power board to compliance certificate requirements. He turned up exactly as arranged (with text message updates en-route), was very compliant to my particular requests, worked safely and efficiently despite difficult access, and quite obviously knowns exactly what he is doing. Very polite, courteous and efficient, he is an excellent electrician in whom one can have complete confidence. While he was working, I threw away all the fridge magnets advertising other electricians

I was impressed with Alan from the start - the entire process from first contact to installation was extremely smooth. Alan was professional, efficient, very responsive, super friendly and easy to deal with and also provided great value.

I booked a fan installation with Alan at Westcork, once I provided some photos he was able to put together an informative video quote which made the process easy to understand, I was really impressed. He also suggested updating my circuit box to industry standard.
The actual installation was super quick and easy, Alan kept everything tidy and gave clear instructions in how everything worked.

Alan came to install new downlights (previously had one central light in each room), oven and rangehood. From the start, there was prompt communication from Alan. His workmanship is excellent and he is very tidy. I was also able to rely on his expert opinion on placement of the downlights. Will recommend Alan for anyone looking for electrical work, I received an excellent service from him.
