Obtaining his carpentry qualifications in 1957 our Managing Director, George Christensen formed the foundations of the company in the 1970's. All the behind-the-scenes work of the business began from the family home. As the company grew they relocated into small premises at the back of Georges' wife's well-known clothing boutique in Bourbong Street.
After completing his Motor Mechanic Apprenticeship, Dale joined the family company back in 1980. Dale is one of our construction managers with some 38 years of experience at all levels of construction. Dale is a licensed builder and holds a Site Supervisor License, together with licenses for operating a wide range of plant equipment and is a Supervisor for the removal of Asbestos Bonded Materials.
Christensen Industries is a Bundaberg based company and has serviced and completed projects across Queensland. Our ability within the industry is proven, having worked on some of the regions most logistically diverse projects. From large commercial constructions to sports clubs, schools maintenance and even motels, our client base is broad and reflects our ability to deliver solutions for any application.
Christensen Industries provides a range of services at all stages of the building process. We oversee the construction and completion of a project for (and on behalf of) the client, managing either subcontractors or head contractors. Christensen Industries takes full responsibility and ownership of project delivery.
Building a new home or renovating can be both one of the most exciting experiences and largest personal investments of your life. The works pictured below are some residential projects we have completed on a mass scale i.e. disability housing. Recently we have joined with the award winning company CCF Homes, who specialise in personalised builds for residential construction.
